Copyright Policy

All content, design, graphics, compilation, digital conversion, and other matters related to the FarivaMed platform are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. The FarivaMed platform is owned and operated by Dalton Capital Sdn Bhd ("we", "us", or "our"), a company registered in Malaysia. The content on this platform is the exclusive property of Dalton Capital Sdn Bhd and its licensors.

The following materials on FarivaMed are protected by copyright: • Website design and layout — including page design, graphics, arrangement, and overall visual presentation. • Text content — all written materials, descriptions, articles, and documentation. • Software and code — the platform's source code, scripts, APIs, and underlying technology. • Images and media — photographs, illustrations, icons, logos, videos, and other visual or audio content. • Database content — the selection, arrangement, and compilation of clinic listings, reviews, and user data. • Brand assets — the FarivaMed name, logos, slogans, and related brand identity elements.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the FarivaMed platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with our Terms of Service. This licence does not include any right to: • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content from the platform for commercial purposes. • Modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any platform content. • Use data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform. • Frame, mirror, or otherwise incorporate any part of FarivaMed into another website or service.

Without our prior written consent, you may not: • Commercially exploit any content obtained from FarivaMed, including by selling, licensing, or sub-licensing such content. • Redistribute or republish platform content, whether in whole or in part. • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used on the platform. • Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from platform content. • Use our trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.

By submitting content to FarivaMed (including reviews, comments, clinic descriptions, and photos), you: • Represent and warrant that you are the owner of, or have the necessary licences to, any content you submit. • Grant Dalton Capital Sdn Bhd a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the operation of the platform. • Acknowledge that you will not be compensated for any user-generated content submitted to FarivaMed.

Clinics that list their services on FarivaMed retain ownership of their original content, including: • Clinic descriptions, service listings, and pricing information. • Photographs and media uploaded by the clinic. • Doctor profiles and credentials. By listing on FarivaMed, clinics grant us a non-exclusive licence to display, promote, and distribute their content on the platform and in marketing materials for the duration of their registration.

If you believe that content on FarivaMed infringes your copyright, please contact us at muntheng@daltoncapital.asia with the following information: • A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed. • The URL or location on FarivaMed where the allegedly infringing material is found. • Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address. • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf. We will investigate all legitimate claims and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.

If your content has been removed due to a copyright claim and you believe the removal was mistaken or that you have authorisation to use the material, you may submit a counter-notification to muntheng@daltoncapital.asia including: • Your name, address, and contact details. • Identification of the material that was removed and its former location on the platform. • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification. • Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

Some content on FarivaMed may be owned by third parties, including: • Clinic-provided images and descriptions. • Stock photographs or licensed media. • Content syndicated from third-party sources with permission. All such content remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is used on FarivaMed under licence or with permission.

Dalton Capital Sdn Bhd actively monitors for unauthorised use of its intellectual property. We reserve the right to take legal action against any party that infringes our copyright or the copyrights of third parties on our platform. Infringers may be held liable for damages, injunctive relief, and legal costs under Malaysian copyright law, including the Copyright Act 1987 (Act 332) and its amendments.

We may update this Copyright Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of FarivaMed after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
